Cancellation & refund policy

This policy applies to services provided by CN Business Services Private Limited. Where a signed agreement contains different terms, the agreement takes precedence.

Nature of our services

We provide professional business services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and all services are delivered remotely.

Cancellation

• Ongoing services: you may cancel with the notice period in your agreement. If none is specified, the notice period is 30 days' written notice to our email address.
• Projects: you may cancel at any time by written notice. You will be charged for work completed and costs committed up to the cancellation date.

Refunds

• Fees for services already delivered are not refundable.
• If you paid in advance for a period or milestone that we have not started, and the engagement is cancelled, we will refund the unused amount.
• If we fail to deliver an agreed service and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will credit or refund the fees for the affected portion.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or by bank transfer, within 7 to 10 business days of approval. Taxes are adjusted as required by law.

Disputes

If you have concerns about an invoice or a service, please email us. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve the issue within 15 business days.
