Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of cnbusinessservices.in and, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, the services provided by CN Business Services Private Limited ("CNBS", "we", "us").

Services

We provide back-office and operations support services, including e-commerce and catalogue management, supply chain planning, operations support, and accounts and finance processing. The scope, service levels, deliverables and fees for each engagement are set out in a proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

Fees and payment

Fees are as agreed in writing, plus applicable taxes such as GST. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause services if invoices remain unpaid after reasonable notice.

Client responsibilities

You agree to give us timely access to the systems, information and people we need to deliver the services, and to make sure the instructions and data you provide are accurate and lawful.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your data and materials. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how. Work products created specifically for you become yours once paid for in full.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the services in the three months before the claim.

Website use

Website content is for general information only and may change without notice. You may not misuse the website or try to gain unauthorised access to it.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the relevant agreement. Fees for services delivered up to the end date remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
